itä wines was founded in 2019 by Kelsey Albro Itämeri with a single focus – to make wines that express the beauty and finesse of the foothills of the Blue Mountains.  We use low-intervention winemaking techniques to make sure that the purity of the fruit shines through – our wines are delicious, lower alcohol, higher acidity gems that we love sharing with our friends, family, and you!
